Kelley Muscara's body was found the morning of Saturday, May 14 by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office in the area of Kincora Drive in Sterling, they said.
Investigators believe there was no foul play involved in Muscara's death and are ruling it as accidental, the office said on Monday.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is assisting in the investigation. More information will be released once it is available.
